Transcript Requests

Please send a written request to:

The request must include the student's name, social security number, approximate dates of attendance, and signature of the student.

Please be sure to include the complete address or addresses to which the transcripts are to be sent.

The first transcript (one time only) is free; additionals are $5 each.

You may fax the request to 314.744.7652 if you do, please be sure to include a credit card number and expiration date if applicable.
