AllusionAllusion, MBU’s vocal jazz/pop ensemble, consists of talented singers who perform throughout the St. Louis area. They are accompanied by a traditional "jazz combo" of piano, bass and drums, all in the care of a student sound tech. They offer an eclectic repertoire ranging from jazz standards to the contemporary sounds of jazz/rock fusion, from popular music to "oldies," from blues to the gospel sound. As they say: "Vocal jazz and so much more." |
