The Missouri Baptist University Board of Trustees unanimously approved the offering of an online graduate degree in Criminal Justice and certification in Gifted Education at their fall meeting Aug. 25.
The 36-hour Master of Science in Criminal Justice will be offered in an online format, allowing law enforcement personnel the flexibility needed to complete such a program. Courses included in the program include Police Innovations, Criminal Justice and the Mental Health System and Civil Remedies in Criminal Justice.
Meeting a high need area in the state of Missouri, MBU Trustee’s also approved a post-baccalaureate certification specialty in kindergarten-high school gifted education.
