Marc SikmaMarc was raised in Kankakee, Illinois. After living a short while in Iowa, Marc landed in Vandalia, Illinois where he spent his athletic high school years. He met his beautiful wife Heidi when they were only 12 years old, began dating when they were 16, and were married at 22 after both graduating from Mckendree University. Together they live in downtown St. Charles with an obsession for the city...its people, its history, and its potential. Marc spent 7 years as a youth pastor before joining with Jason Zellmer to plant Matthias' lot in 2005.

The Importance of Being Earnest, a trivial comedy for serious people by Oscar Wilde, is a hilarious look at fun, games, love, mistaken identity and dubious ethics among the upper crust in Victorian England.

MBU Run for Ronald - September 25

When: September 25, at 8 a.m.

Where: The route will begin on MBU's West St. Louis County campus, proceed around West County before ending at the new Ronald McDonald House on the grounds of St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

Cost: If registered before Sept. 10 - $15.00. After Sept. 10, - $20.

The first 300 participants will receive a free T-shirt and a signature pair of Ronald McDonald socks to wear on race day.

Registration: Online registration begins Friday, Aug. 6 at www.mobap.edu/5k. You can fill out the registration form at MBU's Office of Institutional Advancment.

MBU Health Fair - September 29
MBU Health and Wellness Fair 2010
The 2nd Annual MBU Health Fair will be held on September 29, 2010 in the Quad from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come out and talk to numerous vendors that are dedicated to helping people live a healthly lifestyle. There will be giveways, food, and live music.
