Traffic Appeals Process

Every student at Missouri Baptist University is responsible for being familiar with all campus parking regulations. Furthermore, the student is required to follow these regulations. However, if the student receives a ticket which they feel is questionable, the student has the right to appeal the ticket to the Student Government Association (SGA) Appeals Court.

The appeals process is as follows:

  1. Fill out the appeals form below with an explanation of why they are appealing.
  2. Forfeit the 24 hour half-cost discount.
  3. Students may or may not be present at the scheduled appeals court.
  4. Student must agree to be bound by the ruling of the Appeals Court.
  5. Depending on the ruling of the Appeals Court, student must be prepared to pay all fines on the day of the appeal.
