Carl and Deloris Petty Sports and Recreation Complex Summer Usage

 

Anyone who has completed at least two semester at MBU are eligible for the summer session, from May 14 - August 17, 2012.  Cost is $25 per person for the summer session.  Alumni must complete membership forms and pay fee with cash/check upon first visit.  Alumni will be required to present a photo ID and membership card when accessing the facility.  Alumni are eligible for group fitness classes.  Find out more about the hours of operation HERE.

Library Privileges

Alumni can borrow books from the Jung-Kellogg Library by signing up at the circulation desk at the library. The library card is valid for one semester only, but it is renewable. Please bring one form of identification in order to get a library card.

MBU Magazine

Alumni can sign up to receive the MBU Magazine, which includes a section filled with alumni updates.

Tuition Assistance

Alumni and their children receive tuition assistance.  Contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Alumni Concession
All recipients of a Missouri Baptist University baccalaureate degree are eligible to receive a concession on future coursework of:
1. One half of undergraduate tuition at the Main and Troy/Wentzville campuses
2. $750 concession per semester of full-time (6+ hours/semester) Masters enrollment at tuition rates equal to or exceeding main campus rates.  This concession is only appllicable to courses offered by Missouri Baptist University.  Some restrictions do apply.  (not applicable to Education Specialist or Doctorate of Education courses)
First file an institutional application for financial aid. File a federal application for financial aid.

NOTE: Award does not apply to Distance Learning Courses or other Extension Sites as these are offered at an already discounted rate of tuition.

Alumni Dependent Grant (must be a full-time, undergraduate student who is the spouse or child of an MBU alumnus to receive this scholarship):

  • $750.00 - Main campus
  • $450.00 - Troy/Wentzville
  • $300.00 - Jefferson and Franklin Counties, Lewis & Clark CC

To request an official transcript or an additional copy of your diploma, contact the Records Office.

Career Services

Alumni can utilize Missouri Baptist University Career Services free of charge.  Contact Career Services for more information.

Schnucks eScrip Community Cards

Raise money for MBU student scholarships while doing your normal grocery shopping at Schnucks.  By using an eScrip card, a percentage of your Schnucks purchases will go to MBU student scholarships - at no cost to you.  Hand your eScrip card to the cashier every time you shop at Schnucks.  No hassle to you, and every purchase counts.

How do I get a card?
Pick up an eScrip card at the Customer Service counter at your local Schnucks.
Stop by FLD 329 on MBU's main campus to pick up a card.

How do I register my card?
Go to www.escrip.com and click on "sign up."
Follow the steps in the registration process.  Enter the group name (Missouri Baptist University) or group ID (500005074).  It only takes a few minutes!

Car Rental Discount: Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise and National have made discounts available to all MBU alumni for business use and personal use.

Enrollment in National's Emerald Club frequent renter program is free for members of the Alumni Association and will provide the following benefits:
